    On-Season Meal Prep is a subdivision of Wright Nutrition & Fitness, LLC. These Website Standard Terms and Conditions written on this webpage shall manage your use of this website. These Terms will be applied fully and affect to your use of this Website. By using this Website, you agreed to accept all terms and conditions written in here. You must not use this Website if you disagree with any of these Website Standard Terms and Conditions.

    Other than the content you own, under these Terms, On-Season Meal Prep and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website.

    You are granted limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.

    The On-Season Meal Prep is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between On-Season Meal Prep and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

    12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of CA, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in CA for the resolution of any disputes.

    Return, Exchange & Refund Policy for Weekly Meal Prep Orders

    Thanks for shopping with us at On-Season Meals Prep. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

    Reports & Returns

    You have 24 hours to report or return an unsatisfactory item from the date you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. To report an unsatisfactory product you can contact us by the information below.

    Cancellations

    If there are any cancellations they will need to be submitted/requested by 12pm Thursday before the Sunday pick-up/delivery for a full refund. To cancel your order please email or call us at the contact information below.

    REFUND, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT

    If your return or report is approved, we will initiate a refund to your initial form of payment. Store credit and exchange is also available at customer’s request.

    You will receive the credit to you within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

    SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

    When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email and SMS marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates. Your information will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

    How do you get my consent?

    When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

    SECTION 4 – Bottle.com

    Our store is hosted on bottle.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

    Your data is stored through Bottle.com’s data storage, databases and the general Bottle.com application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

    SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

    In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
